This is for funny and strange stories related to HTTYD, be they experiences or things you thought up.
When I went to see the movie I didn't bother looking at my ticket until right before I went looking for the theater it was in. Theater number? 9.
The feature film version of Shane Acker's short 9 is probably my favorite movie to date. And seeing this I immediately thought of crossovers! XD

When my friend and I got to the theater we sat behind this grandma and her grandkids. Upon sitting, the little boy said to my friend "I love your hair!" It was so cute.

When the movie was over, I overheard a little boy excitedly telling his parents "I'm gonna find a dragon too!" They were either encouraging him or trying to talk him out of it, I couldn't hear everything. Another little girl started wailing...when the dredits started to roll. Heard one of HER parents say they were sorry, but it was over! And finally, two teenaged girls were talking about which dragon they'd want if they lived in that place. "I want a Night Fury! I'd ride him!" "Naw, I hate heights. I'd want the teeny dragon."
Also, one my walk home, I took another route, walking through our storefront areas...and then realized: I live in a "Viking Town." Seriously, all our shops have things like "Nordic," "Viking," and similar words. ...Sadly, i saw no dragons. XD

The only funny thing I can really think of is that shortly after I saw the movie, I went to Wal-Mart to get food and cat litter, and I heard a little girl who'd been in the same theater as me going "Maybe we should get some fish to put outside tonight..."

Aw, that's adorable!
Oh, I don't think I mentioned this here...Not so much funny or weird, but still...The theater I go to didn't have enough space for the whole title, so they changes "your" to "a." I couldn't help but think that title sounded more appropriate somehow. XD

When I saw it last Saturday, a kid cried out "HE'S A ROBOT?!" when he saw what had happened to Hiccup at the end. I lol'd SO HARD. xD

Well, I'm not sure if this counts, but in Science class today we were working in groups of three and one of the group members told another one to stop doing something and the other asked "Stop what?" At this point, I was barely holding myself from saying "Stop all...this." and gesturing to all of him.

I work at Arby's and one of my managers (W) was talking with B, a rather lazy but fun to be arround employee. They were joking around and I caught this end of their conversation:
W: B, you need to stop. B: Stop what? W: All this. *points to him dramatically*
I cracked up and they looked at me like I was nuts!

XD XD XD XD Angel: Who is the Ich lab partner you speak of? I must meet him! Bwahahaha. Ok, just kidding. My funny story isn't a story, more of a video I found, and I don't know if I should put it here or not... but it's about popcorn. www.youtube.com/watch?v=brEEkwXwIwQ&feature=relatedHiccup and the gang make popcorn in Dragon training.

When I was in band class today someone asked me if I'd choose Ninja's or Vampires, I looked at them and said 'Sorry, I'm a Viking. . .Which means I'm very busy. . . " and before I could go back to my seat I was bombarded by people asking me how the movie was and who my favorite was xDDDD
Plus, I totally want a Terror.

Oh, And something pretty funny,
Everyone is getting on my case over my obsession.
'FIRST IT'S HARRY POTTER, THEN ALAN RICKMAN, NOW IT'S A BUNCH OF KIDS WHO DON'T SHOWER!'
>D
And one more thing, someone today was standing behind me at school and said my perfume smelled weird so I replied with. "IF you don't like the smell find your own Blind spot >D"

I really don't have any funny stories to tell, except for one. When I got home after seeing the movie(and it was around two in the morning, since I went to see the movie around midnight), I began to hiccup and I just started to laugh really hard. My sister gave me a strange look and, having gone to watch another movie, asked if I was crazy.

Mine's not very funny, but since Toothless looks so insanely like my lab dog (like everyone else thinks he looks like their dog too xD It's mostly the big yellow staring eyes) that now I call him "my fat brown Night Fury" instead of "Logger".
