Dunno where to write this but: oneill5491I did it....... I have read the Hitchups...... 329,533 words in 40 chapters in 2 weeks..... Good story and I did enjoy it very much!!! And I do think that if I would have been younger then perhaps I wouldn't have liked as much! Oh, and btw.... the story continues in Letters  |

Wow, nice find oneill5491! And the music isn't too bad either. It's kind of like "trotting" music if this were a horse movie. I'm definitely getting that ending montage feel from it. Yeah, she's still planning on writing some more one-shots for Hitchups. There's also another one called "Selfish" on her deviantart account involving the first night with Doris. That one is rated mature though... She's also working on a whole new separate story that will be a Drama/Romance involving Hiccup, Cami, and Astrid. She's already created some really good looking art for it. I've been poking around FanFiction.net reading other HTTYD fics written by other people. I don't think I'm going to come across one written as well as Hitchups.  Anyway, glad you enjoyed reading it, but are you pissed off that she doesn't plan to write a full sequel even with the insane amount of conflict that was presented in the last chapter?  |

Listened to the soundtrack now XD. In my opinion, it's not GREAT but neither is it bad. Almost DEFINATELY not HTTYD styled song, but I still think it's good XD.

Well, the story did end in a way that it could continue from there..... Finally found a description that clears up the actual plotline to the "Gift of the Night Fury". But Warning, cause it is a tad spoilery if you want to be completely suprised as to what goes on.

If that's the case, Dreameorks ruined it DEFINATELY. Hiccup and Toothless are inseparable great best friends. Toothless can't just stupidly leave Hiccup's side because of his instincts!!!!

It does kind of decay the purpose of them both being handicapped. Hopefully it's one of those non-sucessful things and Toothless tries to go off on his own but ends up getting....um...I don't know, stranded somewhere? But, I won't get all blahz until I see it. Dreamworks doesn't have the best track record when it comes to expanding franchises, though, so it's easier to expect the worst than the best from them.
Still, I'm going to be neutral until it comes out and just hope that they end up taking this franchise seriously.
