GreenStar started running, but not too fast, and took off. However, with Thorgrim controling his direction, he was slightly limited, but he didn't really care. All GreenStar cared about at this moment was that he was flying again! He grinned, the green stars on both his hind legs flashing brightly once more.

As GreenStar began running, Thorgrim already began to feel as if his stomach was turning upside down. Fear clutched tightly at his heart, which was beating so hard it felt like it was banging against his ribcage. Remembering he had to controll the tailfins - and, in turn, the direction in which they were flying - he clicked down with his ankle, adjusting the tailfins so that they were ready to support GreenStar if he began to soar upward.
"This is it! Fly up!"
He couldn't believe he had just said that - this felt like a death wish. But the more foolish part of him - the more childish part - knew this would be fun. But it was hard to enjoy that fun when it was your first time on a Night Fury. He could sense that GreenStar was enjoying this and, strangely, that bought some comfort to Thorgrim. "Just relax...Just relax." he constantly thought to himself, trying to calm his nerves.

Surtr saw Thorgrim talking to GreenStar like they were having a actual conversation. This could not be possible; dragons learned the language of humans a long time ago, but humans never seemed to be able to learn theirs. And yet this human seemed to be answering GreenStar. But, now that he paid attention to them he didn't hear GreenStar say anything.
Who was this man, how could he understand GreenStar so perfectly? He looked at them when Thorgrim climbed on GreenStars back. Apparently they were going to fly.
"Come Surtr, we should keep moving or we keep separated from the group", said Ormarr to him. "I want to find out what's going on here."
Surtr sighted. Although he loved Ormarr, he didn't understand him as good as Thorgrim understood GreenStar. And they just met, Ormarr knew him almost his whole life! He would do anything to be able to speak with Ormarr, so he would ask GreenStar about it when they would get back. Or would they never return?

GreenStar happily obliged, looping upwards. He had almost forgotten how much fun it was to fly! {Th-this f-fun!}

As the pair soared upwards, Thorgrim felt the wind brush past him, hugging him in a cold, chilly embrace. He squinted his turqoise eyes, his hands clutching tightly against the saddle. For a few seconds, he thought he was going to be sick. Was this really how Hiccup had started? Thorgrim could only wonder how Hiccup managed. His knuckles went white as his fingers curled even tighter into the saddle, his entire body tensing up. He tried to relax, but it didn't work.
"Whoa..." was all he could mutter. He knew this wasn't GreenStar's fastest - not even close - but, already, he felt like he was going to fall off. As they flew higher into the air, Thorgrim, remembering he was in control of the tailfins, clicked the stirrup so the tailfins adjusted so they'd fly straight. They were very high - just below the clouds. Thorgrim's heart skipped a few beats as he looked down, and his eyes widened.
"Oh boy, I hate heights!"

GreenStar heard him, and quickly stopped flying, so they dropped. He then opened his wings again at a more preferrable hight for Thorgrim. {Th-that b-better?}

When GreenStar stopped flying, Thorgrim became worried. He felt an urge to try and find out what exactly was happening, but he was speechless. After a few seconds of free-falling (much to Thorgrim's horror), GreenStar opened his wings, earning a gasp of relief from Thorgrim, who thought they would be plumetting towards ground. "Th-that b-better?"
"Yeah, thank you...Sorry about that, I'm just not used to this." he said, looking at the land below him, "so where are we going?"

He smiled a bit. {W-welcome. I d-don't really kn-know w-where we g-going... I j-just wanted to g-give y-you a r-ride, th-that a-all.} GreenStar fiddled with the gem on his necklace a bit.

So this is what it was like to fly - to see the countryside racing far below you. The ground was a blur of black, brown, green and magenta. The wind raced through Thorgrim's hair. The moon cast rays of pale white light, the two forms that were a human and a Night Fury high in the sky shadowing its brilliant rays. This is what it was like to be free, and, as if all of a sudden his nerves settled, Thorgrim felt calm. It felt as if he was in heaven. "W-welcome. I d-don't really kn-know w-where we g-going... I j-just wanted to g-give y-you a r-ride, th-that a-all."
Thorgrim appreciated what GreenStar had done for him - while, at first, it had been a rough ride, Thorgrim had slowly grown to love being up here. And in such a short time. No wonder Hiccup, Astrid and all the others enjoyed riding their dragons. It was bliss.
"Thank you, again, GreenStar. I really appreciate this - I guess you've shown me just how...fun flying can be." That was an odd way to put it, but Thorgrim meant it. He grinned, patting the Night Furry affectionately on the head, "but I think we had better get back to the village, and the others."

GreenStar nodded. {K-kay.} He looped around, back to the village. Folding his wings against his body, he went into a nosedive. Though, he kept fiddling with the gem for some reason...

As the dragon went into a nosedive, Thorgrim suddenly felt nauseous, and wondered if he was going to get sick. He could feel gravity pulling him straight down towards the ground - but he trusted GreenStar enough not to end up killing them both. As they neared the ground, Thorgrim clicked the stirrup, adjusting the tailfins so that they were able to land. As they landed, Thorgrim let out a gasp - one of a combination of relief, happiness and fear. He got off the Night Fury, stumbling around a little. It felt as if he wasn't able to walk, and he had to lean against a tree to try and regain his balance.
"That...That was quite a ride."
Turning around to look at GreenStar, he noticed the Night Fury was fiddling with what looked like a large jewel. This piqued Thorgrim's curiosity.
"What's that?"

"Do we have to see them?" Mouse whispered, shivering again. This night was getting worse and worse! All she wanted to do was find her cat and go to bed...Nothing like this! "I m-mean, they won't be offended if we don't go see them, right? Right?!" she squeaked.
But she really had no choice now, did she? It was far better to be with another person surrounded by dragons than it was alone, in her opinion, so...Well, she wasn't about to run off and ditch Claudia (much as her mind was screaming at her to do it). She focused on some spot between Claudia's shoulders, trying to pretend that there wasn't something that could probably eat her in two bites standing nearby--several somethings. "Uhm....you think they saw a gray cat?" she whispered.
Almost right after she said that, she heard a screeching sound--Not again!--and another explosion. Mouse swore she felt the ground shake, and she nearly let go of Claudia's shirt to faint dead away. Nonono, stay strong! Find Cat...then you can collapse somewhere. "Oh, Gods..." she whimpered. Shutting her eyes tight, she tried to remember what her aunt had said--Some dragons might listen to a human. Not all, but it was worth a shot. "C-CUT IT OUT!" she screamed. "CUT IT OUT RIGHT NOW! YOU'LL HURT SOMEONE!"

GreenStar looked at Thorgrim. {N-nothing....} He looked at the ground, visibly upset about something.

Thorgrim looked curiously at GreenStar. For some reason, he didn't quite believe what the dragon had said - there was something in those eyes, something being displayed on his facial features, that said otherwise. But Thorgrim kept quiet - if it was a private matter, he would say no more. But, still, he couldn't help wondering what it was that was bugging GreenStar. Looking at the village, he realized he'd have to ask tomorrow - he had to get back. Looking back at GreenStar, he gave a slight respectful bow.
"Once again, thank you for the ride," his tone suddenly became sad, "but I have to go. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?"
With that, he turned around and made his way to the village. He needed a night's rest, for rest is what he would need in preparation for tomorrow.

GreenStar looked up. {O-ok..... B-bye....} He then stood, and made his way over to Mouse, poking her in the back slightly with the tip of his nose.
