I think, for the most part the "Book of Dragons" will be more like a documentary type thing, mostly skipping a lot between Hiccup and co. and info about the new dragons they found. Kind of like the webisodes of the dragon types before the movie came out.
"Gift of the Night Fury" is mostly likely more of just a story driven thing, and given it's length of 22 mins it seems to be the normal length for an episode, so perhapes its a test run for the upcomig tv series, which hopefully is still airing next year.

Lol, but there probably won't be any Toothless in it! This is what I think will happen:
*Short starts wit Hiccup, Astrid and Gobber*
*The 3 start talking about different types of dragons. As they talk about each of them, a scene will appear of that specific dragon doing whatever it can do with them still talking about it in the background*
And so on until the end of the short.
HTTYD is meant to be an adventure film! Not a boring documentary where the only they say is "Did you know that this dragon can do this?" I already have a feeling the Book of Dragons might not be so good. In fact, it will probably be as boring as legend of the Bonekapper :/.
However, Gift of a night fury DOES look rather interesting. Toothless and Hiccup for 22 minutes!
And I got a question for y'all. If How To Hatch Your Dragon or Gift Of A Night Fury DID have a baby night fury, of course it will suck and be dumb because it'll just be a miniature Toothless and seeing clones of him just ain't cool; but if that night fury, looked somewhat different (Like a if it had a few markings like those in the HTTYF game), do y'all think that would be better? Cuz now that I think of it, I DO feel like seeing a baby night fury, as long as it has differences from Toothless.
