oneill5491: you should probably find a way to cite that edit to that Wikipedia page, or else it might be reversed (I don't know, I've never really edited Wikipedia before). I would if there was an official report, but I don't think there is.

I'm sure it won't be that bad. The music in Dragon Olympics isn't. It just might not be as special as John Powell's. Well maybe. Though it was HTTYD's music that also made me love it so much XD.

Oh do you mean the screenplay I was working on? This is the link: httyd.zxq.net. It's just one scene, so it's definitely not complete, but I have finished the first draft of it (it's 22-ish minutes long on screen, which is a fair bit of writing).

Haha cool lol XD. Now I really wanna know why Toothless randomly disappeared . Knowing him, he would NEVER leave Hiccup alone at all. Doing so will make Toothless seem selfish XD. jk

I don't wanna listen to it yet XD. Cuz if it sucks, i might not even want to see the short XD. Well, I think the short is a small budget film...... so no Powell this time.... I've been thinking... Why they did make 2- 20 min films instead of 1 - 40 min film??? Just askin' cuz, quality (e.g Plot, etc) beats quantity!!!

Probably Gift is 20 minutes because it started out as a half hour TV holiday special. And no one can endure more than 20 minutes of a holiday special. (It's a scientifically proven fact )

Haha lol XD.
And maybe the shorts are like beta-versions of the TV series XD. Dreamworks might release them to see what the people think, and with their opinions improve the series. Just a guess XD.

I've been thinking... Why they did make 2- 20 min films instead of 1 - 40 min film??? Just askin' cuz, quality (e.g Plot, etc) beats quantity!!! True, but the Book of Dragons short will probably have very minimal production value. I suspect it won't even have a story, just a showing of new dragons in a documentary/presentation style format. In addition, putting together a 42-44 min show (a full hour of broadcast time) requires a lot more production value than a 22 min show (half hour broadcast). For a single story to work effectively in that long of a runtime, you really have to crank up just about everything from story quality and script to character development and even subplots. I believe making a single 1 hr show requires more than twice the amount of resources/effort in the production process than a 30 min show. While many of us look past quantity in search of quality (especially considering we're hardcore fans), saying that you can watch two shorts in a double-feature DVD pack is more effective marketing to appeal to the average Joe. In the end, you'll most likely make more DVD sales this way.

(Ignore the KFP 1-2 )

I'm sure it's Toothless every time. I'm not seeing anything in that video that could be a baby night fury.
