Wow, no comments yet? Well, I shall be the first.
Unlike most people's expectations, I really enjoyed this. It wasn't really a story but more info, but I liked the way they put it together. And the amount of detail to each dragon's abilities, classification, and layout was unbelievable.
These guys are really putting a lot of thought into these dragons and I can't wait to see them all in the tv show. I espcially love the dragon that changes colors and textures...so awesome.
So, if you're into learning about all the new dragons the creators and workers have come up with definately check this out. It's great! And the music is simply wonderful....especially the new music for the ending credits, it's very different than what we're used to from John Powell but it has a new freshness to it that still makes you feel like you're in the HTTYD world!
For what it's worth and for it's informational and innovative purpose I'd give it a 9/10.

JUST finished watching this, and I have to admit I liked it! It was a tad silly, but I LOVED all the new info we got, and it was nice to see a couple new dragons as well.
I am a bit disappointed we got no information on Grapple Grounders, however. Ever since I played the games I have been very interested in them and I want to know more.

It was pretty decent... just more info... which is good cuz HTTYD universe needs moar EVERYTHING!!

Oh, I wasn't surprised by that, after all it's informative and not a story. XD Unless you enjoy that sort of thing more, Gift is certainly going to be the better one. (so far, it has been the best short of all three)
I hope they release more stuff like this, perhaps a series of short bonus features on the DVD or web videos. I want to know about even MORE of these dragons, and maybe some aspects of the life in Berk.

So I finally watched this thanks to Oneill.
So. It was kinda awesome. I do like the way they gave details and talked about every dragon. It was also cool to see 3D versions of dragons mentioned before that I thought I'd never see XD. The cartoons/mini animations were good. HTTYD short was somewhat funny at some points. The only things I really didn't like is that they were "talking to you" as if YOU were there. I don't really like when movies/shorts have that. And also when Hiccup said "I TRAINED a dragon". No! We actually talked about this in another topic where someone (forgot his name XD) said that it wasn't fair to say Hiccup trained Toothless. Like I said there, I think that they teaches eachother things. Hiccup gained his trust and became friends with him and showed him how to get used to the tail, and Toothless pretty much showed him stuff that improved Hiccup in the arena. So yeah...pretty good.
This wasn't bad, but neither was it epic. I give it an 8/10. Still worth buying, I guess. I still feel like trying out the game XD.

They don't really give much information. Hiccup talks on the night fury part, only saying that Toothless was a great friend and whatnot. Though again he and everyone else used te phrase you don't like, "We 'trained' dragons"

Yeah, they went in to a fair bit of detail with some, and then almost NONE with the only ones we cared about, like Night Furies  |

Well like I said. They don't really give out any specific information. Hiccup just says a few things about Toothless bein a great friend and whatnot
