anybody remember or ever seen this movie? I watch it all the time. Now don't get me wrong, I know its bad in a lot of ways, including the Disney rip-off cliches, but its a guilty pleasure for me. The songs in the movie aren't that bad and... I happen to have a bit of a crush on a particular blind hermit. *blush*

I remember liking this movie so much when I was younger. I know people, like article writers on Agony Booth, have pointed out that the movie is a Disney knock-off and makes no sense in regards to how it's world works, but I didn't care back then. I thought everything was cool and imaginative, and enjoyed watching this forest that seemed to be completely alive.
I also remember liking "The Prayer" and "I Stand Alone" or whatever it's name is. If I see the movie somewhere I can rent, I might give it a watch to see how it stood the test of time.

Well to be honest I think the only thing that saves it for me is Garrett and the songs (along with Gary Oldman's over the top performance). Of course, its bad, but its not TOO bad; its a guilty pleasure.

I love the songs personally. Ruber's song is made of so much win!
Anyone seen the Nostalgia Critic's review on it?

I saw it. At first, I didn't like it because he didn't make the kind of joke I was hoping for and I thought the "EXPLAIN!" joke went on for too long (plus, I was going through a lot of stress at the time so a lot of things didn't satisfy me), but looking back on it, I guess its an okay review... Still wish he could've made a joke about Devon and Cornwall kissing.

I will be the first to say this:
It is BAD, but ENTERTAINING. I admit when movies I like are bad, doesn't mean I won't be mean to them.
Also, the soundtrack kicked ass.
