Why did Hiccup's mother never visit him? Couldn't she have shown others in berk all of her trained dragons sometime within the last 20 years? Or at least visited Hiccup and Stoic?

She believed that the Berkians could not be changed in their beliefs, and that they would seek to cause the Dragon Sanctuary harm were they to be aware of it.

She was probably right enough in thinking that, i suppose Hiccup was the only one able to change things. fate or something if you believe in that haha
She mentioned she felt Berk would be safer with her gone? or maybe just Stoic and/or Hiccup. Can't quite remember the reasoning for that, but it became pretty clear she couldn't stop the violence. Sad really...
