Any of you guys sign up for the new HTTYD MMO? Its over at www.SchoolOfDragons.com... i signed up for the beta and am just waiting to hear back from them. The game isn't out yet but their trailer and game guide make me think that this is going to be pretty epic. Anyone got any new info on this game's release??? |

I signed up for the beta as soon as it became available, and I still haven't heard back. I presume they select certain people based on the information, i.e. they are looking for a specific demographic. I don't have any new info, but I know that Berk's Grapevine is soon going to have a Q&A with the game's developers, which is likely to reveal new info. I'll post here with a link when it's up. There's a game guide that has lots of info on the game here. I haven't read it completely yet, but it does sound quite interesting. I don't think there's a date for when the game becomes available to everyone yet. Also, after doing some digging, it looks like the game may have a free-to-play mode and a pay-to-play mode. |

Just found out about this. But the HTTYD franchise is doing pretty well keeping you excited for things. For instance:
-I only have to wait 9 more days until School of Dragons!
-I only have to wait 1 month until the HTTYD 2 Trailer!
-I only have to wait 2 months until Defenders of Berk!
-I only have to wait 4 months until ______ < That will be revealed later!
-Then I only have to wait 1 year until HTTYD 2! (Which when filled up with the rest of this HTTYD stuff will feel shorter!)
Damn smart peoplez...

I can't wait for the HTTYD 2 trailer. It could premier in theaters at ANY TIME... Seriously am being driven nuts by the thought of it. And 8 more days until SoD too! 8 more... Horrible, cruel days... And then soon Defenders of Berk is starting. This is seriously an awesome franchise.  |

But seriously, YES there is so much going to be happening over the coming weeks and months, so much I can't even keep track of it all. It looks like we'll have plenty of stuff to keep us distracted occupied until June 20th.
And then when HTTYD 2 finally releases, we can do this all over again for HTTYD 3!
Okay, relax, be patient... uggh, this is hard.

If the 4 months thing (November) is about hoping for another trailer when Mr. Peabody and Sherman gets released, I'm afraid to break it, but that movie has been delayed to March. If it's not that, then I still don't know.  |

You have a working beta account? Well, the game is supposed to be played in the browser, so you'll need to install the Unity Web Player plugin first. Last time I checked, you could then launch the game here or here. In theory, you could also download the game. You just need to find the .unity3d files in the HTML source code as well as the XML configuration file. |

Well, I'm not sure really. My account has been activated, I got a few emails saying that I could play School of Dragons now, however whenever I try to login to my account it takes me to the registration page instead of the login page. So I'm not sure if my account is working, or... Maybe this isn't beta acceptance and I have it wrong?
Yeah, I dunno.

I'm also wondering where the beta players go, since there's no login page available yet. Makes me think that there's actually no beta test going on right now. Is there a link in your e-mail? Maybe the launcher is on a completely different page. |

Nope... All my Email has is Account Activation link... No login page... And there's no link to the game in my email. It just says "The gates are open! Go play School of Dragons with your family!" or something like that.
