OK, after seeing the RealD 3D version of the movie I have to say... IT WAS EPIC WIN. I noticed how much detail was put into this movie!
But thanks to it being my second time seeing it, I also noticed a lot of smaller things not animation related. Here are a few:
1) Tuffnut has dreadlocks. Apparently he really DOESN'T bathe. Also, he's a rocker, as he sticks out his tongue and does that "rocker finger gesture" a few times.
2) Spitelout (the viking who looks like Snotlout) has a very ill fitting voice. But David Tennant is still awesome.
3) During the DreamWorks title before the movie, in the VERY back, Toothless is seen flying behind the moon. It's very hard to see and there is a very light roar, but it IS there.
What have you guys noticed?

OMG, I just happened to see Toothless during the logo my first viewing. I gasped, and mom thought something wrong. I told her, "It's the dragon...!" And at that point, I was hooked. xD
I shall be back later with second-viewing tidbits, though...

I'm planning on taking my nephew to see it in 3D. We did catch Toothless flying behind the moon when we saw it yesterday, though!
Once I see it in 3D, I plan on searching for more little bits here and there.

Okay, just got back, and the only little tidbit I really noticed was that Hiccup had a scar on his chin. Like he'd tried to shave and failed. <3
EDIT, I lied, I just now remembered some other things I noticed.
When Hiccup runs off, the scene segueing into his creating Toothless' tail (when Tuffnut is discussing his tattoo birthmark), I noticed that Astrid was smiling. Not a, "Oh thank Odin he's gone," smile, either. Like a, "Oh, he's so cute, amazing how he can sneak off like that, I wish he was more burly," smile.
That and, at the end, right after THE KISS, Toothless bounds out of the house and sits on Spitelout's shoulders for a bit. For some reason, that cracked me up.
And it was nagging me even more this time, how they kept seeming to call Hiccup a dragon. They tell him, "Who's side are you on?" Next thing we see is him carrying a shield with a dragon on it. "I'm not one of them," "you've thrown in your lots with them," etc etc etc. So symbolically, Hiccup is a dragon; and what is a dragon to a Viking, after all, than the exact opposite of everything a Viking is? There's your Angel-philosophy moment for you.

I just remembered something ELSE I realized!
When the teens flew in on their dragons, Stoick mouthed "What the...?" I never noticed that before! XD It was rather hilarious to me!

OMG, I noticed that, too! xD I also remember noticing that, after Hiccup drew his picture of Toothless, Toothless got up on his hind legs and walked over to the tree to pull it out. That...is both funny and creepy to me. xD

*has been waiting to say this* Hiccup has a small scar on his chin/cheek! On the right side, I believe! ....I wonder how he got it. It's really not noticeable at all, and I only saw it in the close-ups. EDIT: Awwww, angel said it first. Eh, either he had a shaving accident or something went wrong in the blacksmith shop. Also, when Toothless is drawing, he does this quick "dot" gesture, like he's making a period. XD I thought that was just cute... Also-also, Astrid's eye twitches a bit when she says "Late for what exactly?" Eeeesh, poor girl's pushed to her limit there.

I JUST realized something! There are TWO versions of the movie, right? 3D and 2D?
3D fixed the animation errors! Like in the 2D version (or early theater versions) when Hiccup puts down his sketch of Toothless on the Dragon manual, the left tail isn't rubbed out. But when I saw it in 3D it WAS rubbed out!

There's sooo many things to remember to look for when I see it again tomorrow xD And what does Toothless pull out of the tree, Angel?

Ok, sorry, but I AM LAUGHING SO HARD because... I thought of Hiccup having a shaving accident. Just this image of him having this cut and him going "AAAAUUUUUUGGGGGHHHH THE PAAAAAIIIIINNNNNN!!!!" It amuses me so.
It must be written.
Now, in a serious comment... well, it wasn't the second viewing of the entire movie but there is a clip of Astrid's first flight in one of the featurettes I found on YouTube. She puts her hands on either side of Hiccup, and - I noticed this for the first time in this little clip - he just looks at her hand.. and he's... well, he smiles a little, but he doesn't have this absolute 'DURR PRETTY GURL' face, it's more of a 'Huh. This is nice.' kind of look.

And what does Toothless pull out of the tree, Angel? Nothing. He pulls out the tree itself. Another thing I just remembered I noticed was that, when they entered the dragon nest for the first time, Toothless had this big grin flying in...but as soon as they entered, he looked around like, "Oh great, I am in deep Gronckle guano now..." I don't know why that intrigued me, so much. I also noticed that all my dreams were HTTYD-based last night, as well -_-

Yours...too, huh? *sheepishly rubs back of neck*
Huh...I noticed the nervous look, but I never caught the smile. Gonna have to watch for that one again. I did see that he looked nervous as all hell right after the other dragons left, and just really starts to try and get out of his confinements, like he knows what's about to go down and get him outta here! Funny thing, I didn't see him try to escape at any point before, not even when they were chaining him up. He just kinda...sat there dejectedly.

There's your Angel-philosophy moment for you. Oh, that's neat. I probably would never have thought of it like that. I find it funny how Astrid pulls herself up from nearly falling by pulling on Hiccup's face. She nearly pokes him in the eye, but he just laughs at her. It's cute. EDIT: I also just noticed another thing with Astrid. When she gets mad at Hiccup once again beating her in training she starts yelling random phrases and one of them sounds like, "F*** it!" It's very surreal to hear.

ASTRID'S LANGUAGE, PARENTAL BONUS. I think she said "bucket" though.
I also noticed how, after the flying scene with Astrid, when Toothless looks at Hiccup... I get the distinct vibe that he ships AstridXHiccup. XD AND I DON'T KNOW WHY.
