According to the movie. Terrible Terrors and Zipplebacks have venom.
But we never actually see them use it.
I don't recall Barf and Belch using their venom, but there is definitely a scene where a Terrible Terror leaps at Tuffnut and bites him on the nose.
That should be enough to give him a dose of Dragon Venom.
But we don't really see the result of that, since the scene ends there.
Is it possible that Dragons can fold back their venom fangs like a cobra, so they don't inflict a venomous bite unless they choose to?
Also, it is common with some highly venomous snakes to inflict "dry bites". This is when a snake refuses to inject it's venom into what it is biting, since it's just giving a warning to stay away and not actually interested in killing what it is biting. This is most common with the australian sea snake, which has venom as deadly as a cobra, but uses it to catch food, so it's a waste of good poison to use it killing something it can't eat (it takes the snake a long time to make the venom, so it has to conserve the use of the poison).
Dragons might also do that if their fangs are fixed.
They also mention that Deadly Nadders have venom in their spines, but since Stormfly has never shot her spines directly into a person (she aims for their clothing or to pin them between her spines), we've never seen how that might affect a living creature.
