Name
Nauma “Sheep-girl” Woolface
Age
17
Hair
Silver, long and wavy. Reaches down to her back, barely brushing against her hips. Her bangs are cut in a squarish manner, and are often pointed out to her dislike that they are uneven.
Eyes
Actually brown, but often a reddish violet for having the sun shine on them so often.
Height
5'8"
Weight
136 Ibs
Gender
Female
Species
Human
Occupation
Shepherdess
Voice
Milla Jovovitch
Description
The most eye-catching piece of clothing in Nauma's wardrobe is her helmet. Many find it odd for her to wear a helmet despite not being a viking, yet she simply passes it off as a “hard hat” that will protect her from “damage of the brain” in the case of her falling on her head. She also sports a fur cape, which she often brags that she, herself, skinned off a “wild beast” twice her size. That statement is not a lie, but simply over-exaggerated: the “wild beast” was her father and the fur cape she boldly stole from his cold, dead body. She also wears a blue dress made of cotton that covers her feet, and a pair of brown boots which she inherited from her mother. She's lanky, so she's barely a decent fighter.
Demeanor
At a first look, Nauma seems to be rather cold, distant, and snobby. Yet she's really awkward, brash, and temperamental. She's known to lie for her benefit and her benefit only, and it takes her a long time to actually make a friend. People tend to stay away from her as if she were a plaque. She often groans or gives the evil eye to anyone who addresses her by her last name or even mentions it; all wrath comes down on those who call her by her nickname “Sheep-girl”.
Abilities/Weapons
Crook: Every good shepherdess needs a staff with a bent part at the top. Nauma has no idea whatsoever on what to use this for, but she figures its to hit people who stroll too close to her lawn on the head with.
Being a shepherdess, she has decent skills regarding taking care and watching sheep, despite not even liking her occupation.
Disadvantages
Awkwardness + brashness + being temperamental = bad news
With all these combined, she often ends up hurting others. Or hurting herself by tripping over a rock or her dress.
History
Much to her father's dislike, Nauma was born a girl. At the young age of three, her mother dies in war. She is left to be raised by her father, whom for the next ten years of her life, would put her through harsh training to become a viking. Yet despite this training, she improves none whatsoever and begins to hate her father. She takes every opportunity that presents itself to tell him how much he disgusts her and that she wished he would drop dead. Only a year after that, at the age of fourteen, he dies from being wounded by an arrow. To stay alive and keep food on her plate, she takes over the family business of watching boring sleep all day long. Over the years, she quickly learns how much she dislikes this job and animals, specifically sheep. She has big dreams of becoming both an adventurer and storyteller, and that dream has stayed strong over the years of pointless sheep-watching.
