Didn't feel right butting in with the old dead RP's, so I started my own.
Dreyri has serious issues with her dad, Ardorn, a reputable but often ruthless and sometimes cruel viking. She has three best friends plus one crush. Soon, her crush is going to find a dragon. Cliche, I know, but after we work out all the issues with her dad finding out and everything else, I'll get to the even better part.
This roleplay takes place long before HtTYD, as in 300+ years before.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are going to play Ardorn or Dreyi's crush (who likes her too, but they're technically not a couple yet!) please stay true to the character. Dreyi's crush is a guy, and is not going to try to kill her out of the blue. Ardorn is not going to up and hug her. Thanks!

It began, as all things must, with "once upon a time." Once upon a time, Dreyri's father was happy. Well, maybe happy was a bit strong. But better then he was now. Now he was the screw-up-and-I-slice-your-face-in-half type of dad. Great.
Dreyi had always been the musical type, often singing, humming, or whistling while doing her chores or anything else she didn't need to be quiet for. Now, she walked through the forest, singing an old song she'd made up for herself after her first big screw-up, when she'd broken three kegs of beer by using them for archery practice. Oops.
They hide in the darkness.
Can't face me in the light.
But sometimes it's hard to keep on going.
Now I am unbreakable.
Unbreakable.
Unbreakable.
Unnnnnbreaaaakaaable.
Most of the song was quick and fast. Angry. But the last part, what she sang aloud, was soft, slow, and sad.
Not paying attention, Dreyri soon found her way to a clearing. She often came here in the middle of the night. The only people she'd told were her best friends. Sitting cross-legged with her back against a tree, she pulled absently at the grass as she studied her boots.
