Oh, I'd love to play the piano solo at the end of "Where's Hiccup?"... Nobody came across any sheet music I guess?

The OST of HTTYD was epic - one of the best I've seen in a movie (Lord of the Rings still has the best OST in my opinion) I really liked the "Forbidden Friendship" and "Where's Hiccup?" tracks. And, nah, I don't think anyone has come across sheet music just yet - although a few of the more professional musicians might write their own based on what they heard.
In the mean time, I might write a few tribute songs of my own to play on my acoustic guitar in honour of HTTYD.

I don't think anything I could play on my drumset could be considered a tribute to HTTYD... maybe a rock-n-roll version of HTTYD, but still...

I don't have any real faves, but I'm so happy there's a soundtrack!! I spent a majority of the movie whispering to my friends and saying 'This music is beautiful!! I gotta find it somewhere!' Especially Sticks and Stones, I loved that song. I heard it on the credits and fell in love :3

Agreed, Sigrid. John Powell did an excellent job composing the OST of HTTYD - he has some real talent. It's weird - you wouldn't expect such an epic, deep soundtrack to be designed for a...well...kid's movie (for lack of a better term.)

^ This. Although I disagree that HTTYD is a kid's movie. Sanders himself (or was it DeBlois?) said that the movie wasn't marketed towards anyone in particular. And after me and my mom watched it, we looked at each other and said, "NOT for the little ones." xD
DANG, I gotta get this soundtrack, though...I need new travelling music for when I go to my house and back...

My favorites are Forbbiedden friendship and Sticks and Stones. I created a powerpoint for this movie and those were some of the songs I chose. I also love New Tail cause as its playing I can see the scene in my head.ß\

I have watched the movie too many times (in my opinion) (6-7 times) But the soundtrack still entertains me! Eyes open wide, blinded by the sun now Orange and white, dark red, green and yellow Rainbow colors! Do not hide, see the view! Step aside, go through! Against the light, too strong, blow a fuse now Everything bright, new songs, burning shoes The look in your eyes! Break our bones into half! Scream and shout and do laugh! Let yourself... go (Oh Oh Oh) Let yourself... go (Oh Oh Oh) Stay close to me Count one, two and three Up in through your sleeves Bursting through the seams Open your eyes and see - You'll see Inn um ermar, upp hryggjarsúluna Yfir skóg, flæðir niður brekkuna Allt upp í loft! Ég mun aldrei gleyma! Því ég mun aldrei! I remember, when the movie ended and this kicked in, I smiled.....

I have to say that when the "forbidden friendship" played alongside with the movie...... It was THE biggest emotion punch that I have ever experienced in a movie

For a couple of months i watched EVERY night on my computer. Im such a wierdo... XDDDDDD I can recite to you all, EVERY SINGLE WORD/SOUND/SONG/ACTION in the whole movie. But I dont want too; It would take a long time. LOL I even know of HEAPS of errors in the movie, most of which i found my self. I can draw all the characters without reference and I even know what a whole BUNCH of the houses look like and could draw one EXACTLY right without reference. I think this shows you all that I am wierd. And I have nothing better to do in my spare time... Really, its nothing to be proud of... But i still am! XDDDDDDD
