So, blackrose108 and I were thinking... a lot of popular franchises have fansites. And we noticed HTTYD didn't. So we decided we'd make one. What are we thinking of? We were kind of thinking along the lines of these sites: AvatarSpirit.net, Degrassiblog.com, and EquestriaDaily.com. They're sort of combination news/reviews/media/and fanart sites, that seem to spring up around popular TV shows.... TV shows like HTTYD. I have a feeling that next fall, HTTYD is going to experience a new surge of popularity, so this is a perfect time to create a new site. Okay, so that was a pretty bad explanation, and I'm sure blackrose108 will be able to explain Grapevine better than I can since she came up with the initial idea of making it. But I think this has potential to be awesome. So here's the site so far. I've basically been posting all the HTTYD-related finds over the last few months, so it's by no means done. berksgrapevine.blogspot.com/So, your thoughts/ideas? What else do you think it needs?

Looks pretty interesting! Now, all it needs lots of content behind it!

Well, if I just post once or twice a day, it'll slowly build up. And then there's the advertising...

I guess the real test is whether people start showing up and commenting. Is there anything that you think we should add/improve?

Well, if you're using Internet Explorer, the links on the right sidebar get all jumbled up, so that might be the problem. It's supposed to be the final link on that sidebar, and it takes you to the "Where are you?" page. I'm fixing this right now! ;D

Okay, that makes sense. They wouldn't show up in that view. I might just eliminate phone view altogether. I've always hated websites that lock you into mobile view.

Yes the mobile view is frustrating.

Yup it is xD. Though most of the time it makes the site lag a lot less.

Wait, really? It does that for an iPad? Okay, mobile view is gone for good.
Have any of you tried the site on Internet Explorer? I'm right about the sidebar jumbling, right?

Hooray! It took me about an hour, but I finally found the bug!
So Internet Explorer used to be an awful browser that never displayed the pages the way they were written, but recent versions have gotten much better. So web developers complained because their pages now displayed the way they were supposed to be displayed instead of the way they wanted them to be displayed in IE. So IE came up with a "compatibility mode" which basically displays websites as if they were written incorrectly. All I had to do was turn it off.
Anyway, to summarize... Firefox: a majestic browser. IE: still awful.
