I've been crunching ideas in my head lately, and after reading some fanfictions, I'm curious to try a modern roleplay of the HTTYD universe. Based in modern times, with adapted characters, all dragons have disapeared from the world as far as humans are concearned. Because of some major threat, which I've yet to come up with, descendants of the Berk riders have to follow a sketchy trail of clues to find the last living dragons so they can save the world. It's a little cliche, but whatever  It's really open to ideas, and not even close to being finished. So, pipe in what'cha think would be interesting! And there is no limit on people to join. :3 |

for the major threat, what if was a series of natural disasters(tsunami, volcanic eruptions, etc.) that was caused by some super creature that is related to dragons in some way!?

I don't know! I kind of think something along the lines of like, the mother of all dragons type thing. Trying to think of something in norse mythology that could be used. unfortunately I only really know Greek/Roman mythology XP

XD Okay, so some sort of major beasty is making the quazi quazio balance thingy of the world go all wonky. And the descendants of the Berk riders have to find out their ancestry so they can relocate the dragons. Anything else you think we should add? |

Hmm... maybe have it take place a little bit later in the disasters, so that much of the world is already all screwy. And it could start with all our OCs at an international emergency shelter that then get all kinds of busted and our OCs escape together(more or less) by happenchances,

How do they start finding out their ancestry? One of the OC's has a manor or a family home with a secret room with all sorts of sketchy records? XD |
