Well, let's use Tempest for now. She pushes herself to her very limits, she makes the biggest fireballs and goes as fast as she can. The only downside is that this results in her not being able to deal with long fights, only short skirmishes. Because she's a Fury, that means she's already unrivaled in speed (Save for another Fury), which is her strongest combat and defensive point.

Yeah, just remove the static and replace it with more speed, and take away the spikes as well as make it smaller, but more nimble on land and in air.

The 1 great advantage i can c that would make me able to tire tempest out would be my breath attack but itd be overwelmed in 2 shots at most and using the rock breath wears my dragon out so itd be a battle of stanima

I'm going to have to stop here and correct your grammar I'm sorry, I'm a "Grammar Nazi" apparently. The one great advantage I can see that would make me able to tire Tempest out would be my breath attack, but it'd be overwhelmed in two shots at most, and using the rock breath wears my dragon out, so it'd be a battle of stanima.

XD It's fine, I just feel the need to correct everyone who doesn't post with good grammar. Usually I'll control myself, but sometimes I just need to CORRECT.

And there would be no way to drag you to the ground night furys just attack from to far up.

And if I tried to grab a dragon midair I would go down to and exiting cover would be suicide.

Especially against a dragon with precise plasma blasts, and who's rider can hit a man's head at quite a distance while mounted. XD

The only way i could c that working is if the dragon attacked from cover with its semi auto spikes from its mouts and get a lucky hit ( very unlickly until your tired out).

I have to agree on the grapel, its very useful against most of all enemies(not advised against skrill or nightmare, though) and you could probably swing them like whips if your dragon moved just right.
