Haha true lol XD. Well, our dogs old and sometimes she plays like a puppy . If Toothless were an adult, maybe he would still act young a well XD. But to me, he's a teen. |

I'm assuming they're around 15 or so.
They don't have the build of a 16 or 17 year old, but they're clearly older then a 14 year old.
Edit: The artbook for the second movie gave the answer direct from the production team:
In the first movie, they are 15.
In the second movie, they are 20.
Toothless is the same age as Hiccup.
